Welcome to my new site, redesigned and hosted by the folks at MissingSaddle.com. Take some time to look around and see what they’ve got going. It is a quickly growing collection of rider blogs, video clips, podcasts and stories about what’s happening in the world of pro cycling.
What have I been up to other than getting this thing up and running? I’ve had the last 4 days to chill here in Girona, get in some Ks and spend some serious time on the net. Found some pretty cool sites, a few over in the bookmarks, and a LOT of crap I’d be better off never seeing again. Pretty incredible what is out there… Linking from page to page and hitting the StumbleUpon button from time to time can make hours go by like you wouldn’t believe. And yes - the bells. I’ve been listening to the bells. Our apartment is just across the street from the old cathedral, a stunning bit of architecture and probably the biggest tourist-trap in town. The downside to being right across the street (on the 4th floor) is that the belltower isn’t far from my bedroom window - suffice it to say that I’m VERY aware of the time. I’ve hit the point where they’re tuned out during the night, but at 8am when you want to sleep just that bit longer and the little man starts swingin’ the chain there is no way to ignore them. Could be worse I guess:-)  I should stop complaining - I’m actually having a great time, I just like to bi..h and moan.
We’re off in the AM for the Basque Country and the GP Gexto, then up to France for 9 days. Fingers are crossed I’ll have high speed but if not all of the race results will be up on CyclingNews.

Cheers!
