Excellent. You all deserve it. Congrats on your first Tour, Will! Hopefully, you’ll get some well-deserved down time before your next race.
Have I mentioned how fun it’s been to follow you guys?
Also, your multitasking (riding, writing, blogging, etc) during the Tour is quite impressive. It makes any excuse I have for not getting something done seem really lame.
Will that was a LOT of fun following along with you this month! Thank you so much for bloggin and writin and ridin! Great job on your first TdF, I look forward to many more with you! What a month….great job! Enjoy the down time!
Wonderful, Will- Thanks for giving this TdF such a personal slant for so many of us. I’m sure I speak for others when I say we couldn’t be prouder! We got to live the tour through your blogs and articles on Velonews, and it was a very interesting perspective.
Congratulations team Garmin Chipotle and especially you, Will. It has been an exciting time watching the TV coverage and reading your personal notes along the Tour. Thanks for putting West Virginia on the Tour de France map. You are all winners, and I applaud you! Many successes await you in the future.
Regards, Charlotte Burdette
Congrats on an amazing Tour- I hope you are having the time of your life in Paris!! You and the rest of the team did an incredible job, and kept us entertained along the way- thank you.
Darling Will~I have watched the last three weeks with a pride that I can only describe as immeasurable. Thank you for the daily posts and sharing your TdF experience with us. Well done! Much, much love, Missy
Maybe next year you’ll actually try harder and train like a real man. Sleep in a tent, hunt bears in the winter, eat algae from a stream, whatever, just stop driving that BMW wagon of yours and start listening to some hardcore music. Maybe Metallica, will inspire you to break out your chainsaw and cut down a tree, or dig a hole.
Do some “man” work. Pretend you’re an ox and go get stinky with a female cow.
If I were you, I’d be doing 14 hour rides starting Monday in preparation for next year.
Will, this is my first chance to tell you what a great job you and the Team did at the Tour!!! I was so proud of you guys! And I loved your diaries on VeloNews, (Capt Robbie McEwen of the gruppetto!). Are you going to be in Downer’s Grove this year??
Hey Will, Congrats on your first TdF. If you don’t remember me we went to school at Montessouri about an eon ago. It’s been interesting reading about you and your life to this point. Best of luck in the future. Maybe I’ll here from ya,
